  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made rugs and special orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
